Objectives

To secure and develop personal and collegial contacts between sociologists of science throughout the world; to encourage the international dissemination and exchange of information, developments and activities in the field of sociology of science; to facilitate and promote international meetings and research; to help actively individuals and organisations in countries not represented to use the Committee and its facilities.

Our NEWSLETTER aims to be a means of communication among RC23 members as well as people interested in S&T research in all its manifestations. It is published non-periodically according to the needs of our scientific community. In addition to news of events organized by our RC, or related to S&T themes, we include reports of past events, announcements from our membership, reports of new publications, books and paper reviews, academic contributions from our readers, lists of members that includes current interests, members' work in progress, their moves and promotions. We hope the NEWSLETTER becomes an effective tool for interaction among us that truly helps the enhancement of our academic life.

Dues: $20 for a 4-year period.
